Traditional Andalucian house, located in the Albaicin area, one of the oldest parts of Granada and a UNESCO World Heritage Site with its picturesque, cobbled streets and stunning views of the Alhambra Palace and Gardens. 50 metres from the stunning Mirador de San Nicolas (see image above) and 2 mins from the shops, this 3 double bedroom house has car access and parking nearby, heating and a pretty, shared patio, as well as a private terrace. It has two bathrooms with shower and bath with a fully fitted kitchen with an oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher and a TV and DVD. The Sierra Nevada with its many winter and summer activities is an hour away and the beach is only 45 minutes away! Sleeps 2 to 6.

This house is perfect for families, couples and small groups. We provide games and DVDs for children, books, and outdoor furniture to enjoy al fresco dining beneath the verdant shade of the lemon tree.

There are various tourist activities available locally or less than an hour away, which include hiking, museums, restaurants and tapas, the Alhambra palace and gardens, swimming pools, horse-riding, skiing, beaches, shopping and guided tours. Location

The house is located in the very heart of the old quarter, the Albayzin. You will find restaurants, shops and squares nearby and it is ideally located to enjoy the spectacular views of the Alhambra from the Mirador de San Nicolás at 50m. Thanks to its shady interior patio the house also has the great advantage of being a peaceful private enclave. The town centre is 10 minutes away on foot or, if you prefer, you can reach both the centre and the Alhambra by bus, bus stop at 150m. It is also easy to find a taxi at the Mirador.
