Terms and Conditions

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in is after 4pm. Check-out is before 11am. Please advise of the time of your arrival AT LEAST 48 hours in advance of your arrival date in order to avoid unnecessary delays at check-in.

DEPOSIT: The rental will be confirmed once the deposit has been received by Casa Limonero. The reservation will be confirmed by email once this payment has been confirmed as received.

The deposit is 25% of the total cost of your stay, with a 100€ minimum applied. This can be paid by credit or debit card via our preferred payment supplier, Paypal (see Paypal.com or your local Paypal site).

CANCELLATION POLICY: The deposit will be refunded up to 8 weeks prior to arrival, less transaction costs. In any other case or should the guests fail to arrive there is no refund. If the number of guests exceeds that made in the original reservation or if the guests are unable to present identification documents, Casa Limonero reserves the right to cancel the booking with no refund of the deposit.

NUMBER OF GUESTS: On making the reservation the number of guests must be stipulated. On arrival guests are asked to present identification (Passport or Identification Card only) and the number of guests must co-incide with those indicated on the reservation. If this is not the case then Casa Limonero reserves the right to cancel the reservation as stipulated in the cancellation policy.

RENTAL PERIODS: There is a minimum rental period of 3 nights. For Christmas, New Year and Easter bookings there is a minimum of 5 nights rental. This reservation is by day or short period and is therefore excluded from the current Spanish legislation governing the lease or rental of property (Ley vigente a fecha de Arrendamientos Urbanos). Long rental periods (over 3 months) are available for which different rates and a separate contract is provided. Please contact for more information.

LOUD MUSIC, PARTIES, EXCESSIVE NOISE, DISTURBANCES AND COMPLAINTS FROM NEIGHBOURS.
PROHIBITED: Guests are asked to respect noise levels as the house is located in a residential area. If excessive noise or disturbance occurs, if the neighbours lodge a complaint or call the police, the guests will be asked to leave the apartment immediately regardless of the time of day or night. The guests will lose the full amount of their reservation and no refunds will be made, without prejudice to Casa Limonero.

Guests are requested to keep noise to a respectful level between the hours of 22:00 and 10:00.

LIABILITIES: CASA LIMONERO holds third party insurance however is in no way responsible for damage to person or persons or belongings arising during your stay. This includes: theft, damage, natural disasters, vandalism, fire or any other.
